Favorite aspect of coaching: To be given the opportunity to work with others to think outside the box.  Last time I checked, none of us started out in a box, none of us live in a box anyway so why should we be trapped in one? 

Advice to Students: Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about dancing in the rain.  Storms bring the change in the world with the cooling from the heat, the water to quench the thirst of the earth, and to allow us the chance to dance when we may just be standing still.  Take the chance to Dance.
