Favorite aspect of coaching: Developing relationships with students of all diverse backgrounds, identities, and faiths, and being able to have honest conversations about your goals and how to achieve them. It is always awesome to see how much you can grow over the span of a year!

Advice to students: Get involved and be active in one club that isn't related to your major "just because". Sometimes, the best opportunities in our lives come from one random encounter we had in our college career.
