What inspired you to become a college life coach?
College is such a transformative time in a person’s life. During your college years, there are so many opportunities, so many forks-in-the-road and so much potential for self-discovery and growth. Being a college life coach gives me the chance to support students during this pivotal moment, and I consider it a great privilege.
What’s one belief or value that guides your coaching?
I believe that the person sitting in front of me is entirely unique and has something unrepeatable to offer the world. When I work with students, I want them to feel both seen and accepted as they are and inspired to grow and transform during their time at FSU.
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day?
My perfect evening would include a long walk, cooking a meal from scratch and curling up with a great book or a fun new show (preferably while snacking on some freshly baked chocolate chip cookies).
