Favorite quote: “It works if you work!” “The only way to get what you really want is to let go of what you don't want.” ― Iyanla Vanzant

Favorite place in Tallahassee: It’s technically slightly outside of Tallahassee, but I love spending time on the coast in Panacea (Wakulla County). The clear blue water, the warm sun/sand, and the beautiful scenery!! I ALWAYS have an amazing time!!

Favorite aspect of coaching: Being able to connect with students from diverse backgrounds, who all share a common goal of succeeding in life.

Advice to Students: Celebrate the small wins! Also, in the words of Iyanla Vanzant: “Be clear. Be authentic. Have boundaries. Check your vision. Do what matters to you. And know what you value.”
